At Home CrossFit Course

This is an online, at home CrossFit course. The course lasts 8 weeks, and gives you all the training and nutrition info you’ll need to lose up to 16 pounds in 8 weeks.

What you’ll learn:
How to do CrossFit workouts quickly and easily in the comfort of your home
How to eat to make fat drip off of you
How to form habits to keep the fat off

You’ll have access to me for the whole 8 weeks
The course costs less than a whole month at a CrossFit gym
You’ll get WAY more nutrition counseling than at a CrossFit gym (and nutrition is the key)

Thanks to Prolon for sending me a box to try, thei Thanks to Prolon for sending me a box to try, their Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) kit!  This will be my 7th time using their fasting kit.  So, as you can probably tell… I like the results! 

Each time I’ve done the Fasting Mimicking Diet I’ve lost 8-10 pounds, which is noticeable around my stomach area.  I also get a HUGE mental clarity boost (or reset) which sticks with me for weeks after the fast.

Oh, and don’t worry, you lose very little muscle when doing this! 

There are also benefits that you can’t see, such as, increased stem cell production, and cell autophagy, which is basically cells cleaning themselves up. 

So, if you want some fat loss and/or a mental reset, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Fasting Mimicking Diet!!
