1. Wake up with the sun
This will make your days as long as possible and getting outside.
2. Exercise outdoors
If you spend more time outside it will help you with vitamin D and raising your cortisol. Both of these things will make you feel good.
One of the worst things you can do is get to your office in the morning darkness and leave your office in the evening darkness. This is a serious recipe for December Blues (and depression).
3. Sign up for a race, event, league, etc.
Having an athletic goal that you’re working towards will not only help with staying is top shape, but keep you focused. A lot of times the December Blues come from a feeling of helplessness or boredom.
Some things you can sign up for are holiday runs, holiday workout events, winter sports leagues, or Spartan/Tough Mudders are all year round.
4. Hang around happy people
Probably the most impactful thing in your buy alprazolam life is the people that you hang around most. If you have a bubbly, high energy, focused, fitness loving friend… stick to them like glue this winter season!
If any of these sounds easy to you, start with the easiest and go from there. If you feel like absolutely crushing it, and hitting Spring with a running start… go for them all and crush the December Blues!
