Let’s make this shit epic! Thoughtfulness is one of the most important things you can have in your life. Here’s how to get started now!
Talking to people
- Before you speak… be thoughtful about what you’re going to say. Try to avoid just blurting out the first thing that comes to your mind. Take that split second to think about the best response. If you have trouble with this… meditation has been shown to help.
Eating Food
- Is this fuel or indulgence or both. You NEED to make this decision for EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Don’t just do what others are doing. Don’t just eat what the restaurant offers (if it’s not in your meal plan). Think about what you need, and give it to your body.
Drinking Water
- What is the 2nd most important thing that I ingest in my LIFE… Water. It’s fucking water! If you don’t feel good, or don’t have enough energy… drink more water. Your body needs it!
Driving Your Car
- Get off your FUCKING phone and pay attention to driving!!! I’m not sure that I need to say any more. Oh, how about this… is that text message worth more than your life? Hell no!!! Get off your phone if you’re driving!
Moving in the Gym

Your work
- Are you putting out your best effort or just getting by? I just fired someone in my company because they were clearly just working to get by (even after performance reviews and warnings). Why would you do anything if you aren’t going to put all of your effort into it? WORK REALLY REALLY HARD!!!!
Your thoughts
- What are you saying to yourself? Try replacing the word that are limiting with words that are empowering. Example… going up that flight of steps was terrible, or that workout was terrible. Replaced with… those stairs get easier every time, and I love getting stronger. Or, that workout was such a good challenge, I can feel my body adapting and getting stronger.
- Fix that shit!
