10 rounds of:
Swim 25 meters
30 air squats
15 push-ups
We did this workout dock-to-dock in a lake, but you could adjust the distance, and do 1 lap between the work.
It was really fun to do this on floating docks, because the dock was moving as we were doing the squats and push-ups.
The key to getting the most out of this workout is… jumping back into the water to swim when your arms are tired from the push-ups.
This forces you to be very methodical, and relaxed while swimming.
