Are routines killing your progress? So many people think that exercise routines are a good thing, but in my experience it’s the routines that could be shutting you down from reaching your true long term goals. Here I will talk about exactly what I mean and where you might be getting stuck.
In this show I get into why people like to have routines, but why they don’t produce any results.
You decide… do you want results or routines. Routines are familaur and make you feel like you know what you’re doing. But in most cases routines don’t work for health and fitness because they don’t challenge your body in a way that causes results.
