Sometimes when we’re not expecting it we have the bigger strides towards our goals. Beth hasn’t been feeling great lately, but she’s kept her diet in check, and has done exercise when she could. She walked over 9 miles this week! Awesome!
It’s this dedication to her goals that allowed her to have a huge 4 pound weight loss this week. She’s almost to 30 pounds lost!
This week Beth was also featured on Kris Humphries Facebook page as “beyond inspirational”!

Beth completed two of the CrossFit workouts from last week, so we kept the two she didn’t complete for this coming week.
Workout 1
50 burpees for time
Workout 2
A. 2 sets of:
30 second plank
5 modified handstand pushups (knees on couch)
B. 3 rounds for time of:
20 squats
20 pushups
20 situps
Workout 3
A. For time:
Run 1 mile
Then without resting
3 rounds of:
10 bent over rows @25lb db’s
10 sumo deadlift high pulls @25lb db’s
Workout 4
A. 3 rounds for time of:
20m of high knees
20m of butt kickers
20m grapevine
B. C25K (can be done later in the day)
Meals from last week
Ground chicken with mixed veggies.
Breakfast – banana and clemintine.
Paleo Almond Flour Pancakes before cooked.
Cooked Paleo Almond Flour Pancakes.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
