Another week complete in the CrossFit Weight Loss Challenge, and we’ve got some great stuff for ya! Did you read last weeks post (post 6)? If so, you know that it was a bit of an off week for Beth’s weight loss. This could have been due to a number of different factors… I would go out on a limb and say it had to do with the extra grains that she had in her diet. Stay away from grains! Whatever it was, it didn’t phase Beth one bit. She keep her head down, and continued moving forward.
Not only did Beth keep moving forward, but she had a 3 pound weight loss this week! AND was mentioned, and WON Kris Humphries 90 Day Challenge Teammate of the Week!

Workout 1
3 rounds for time of:
15 child dead lifts
15 push ups
15 sit ups
16 lunges (8 each leg)
Workout 2
20 burpees (not for time)
Then…
3 rounds for time of:
10 overhead presses @20lbs (could be backpack, dumbbells (10lbs each), etc)
10 bent over rows @20lbs (same as above)
10 dips
Workout 3
4 rounds for time of:
10 Sumo dead lift high pulls @20lbs (same as above)
12 push ups
15 squats
Meals from last week
Spinach salad with meatless chicken cutlet, mushrooms, red onion, olives, and tomato’s.
Grilled chicken with a sweet and spicy sauce.
Chicken meatballs mixed with mixed vege’s and a sauce made from chicken stock and a little whole wheat flour to thicken it up.
Homemade kale soup with kale, carrots, celery, onions, and hot sausage.
Grilled chicken and baked sweet potato fries.
Greek salad with onion, tomato, pepper, chicken and a little greek dressing.
Fake sushi…california style sushi – I had white rice which is not on Paleo but I tried to choose a healthy option out of all my choices that were available to me :).
Snack of edamame beans.
Omelet, onion, chicken sausage.
Pieces of terriyaki beef and green beans.
Omelet, onion, chicken sausage, pieces of roasted chicken, hot sauce.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
