It’s been a couple of weeks since we updated you on the Beth’s CrossFit Weight Loss Challenge. Beth is still crushing it, and is down 32 pounds.
Two weeks ago Beth attended a conference where she made some outstanding eating choices.
Last week Beth started a Master Cleanse. This is a liquid only diet for 10 days. Beth quickly realized that this is no joke, and decided to opt-out completing a couple of days of the cleanse. With all that she does in her real estate business, and having two small children, I’m proud that she even attempted the cleanse.

20 overhead squats

10 ground to overhead w/15lb DBs

Meals from last week
Salad with cucumbers and burger meat.
Salad with chicken salad – this is what I chose to eat for lunch at the conference instead of a panini, pizza, pasta, or cold cut sandwiches, etc..
3 egg omelette with mushrooms, onions, and cheese – this is what I ordered for breakfast at the conference 2 mornings and told them no potatoes or toast.
LaraBar for a snack during the conference.
Chicken, brocoli, and cauliflower.
Salad with a spoonful of hummus and 2 pieces of pork.
Piece of pork, apples, and peanut butter.
Ground beef with tomatoes and onion.
Neal’s Paleo Blueberry bread.
Piece of pork, scambled eggs with onions.
10 Day Master Cleanse lemonade.
Day before cleanse food – apple and cucumber.
Day before cleanse food – tomatoes, olive oil, and salt.
Day before cleanse food – cauliflower, edamame beans, hummus.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
