I have reviewed many creatine supplements in my day, and JetMass has to be the creatine supplement with the most features. I really liked taking this product as an intra workout, and post workout supplement during my CrossFit workouts. These workouts can last easily over 2 hours each training day.
If you’re a CrossFit athlete or a bodybuilder the creatine+ product could be a good fit for you. The creatine will act as a great muscle volumizer, the aminos will get your muscles repaired quickly, and the waxy maize will refuel your muscle glycogen in no time. 
How to take JetMass
The label says to take it immediately following your workout, and before bed. I used their recommendations for a few days, but then switched to taking JetMass during my workout and immediately following my workout. This makes much more sense to me from a recovery standpoint.
With an intra workout dose of creatine, aminos, and carbs (waxy maize), you are sure to start your recovery process early, and minimize your cortisol production. This will also be the case if you took it before bed, but I think during the workout, and post workout still makes more sense.
I also found that I gained a few pounds while taking JetMass that must have been water weight because it promptly disappeared once I stopped taking it. This probably would have translated into muscle mass had I taking JetMass for a longer period of time (I took it for about 30 days).
If you’re looking for a complete creatine product that includes waxy maize (which will refill your muscle glycogen), and amino acids I think JetMass could be a good fit for you. It’s definitely up there as one of the best creatine products on the market. Not the cheapest, but definitely one of the best.
