Day 5 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet
The final day of the Fasting Mimicking Diet was kind of a combination of a couple of the days. The first half of the day was totally fine, but the evening was pretty rough. I was very hungry, and even watching movies didn’t keep my mind off of eating.
We went for a really nice 2 mile hike in the Adirondack mountains on a beautiful sunny fall day, then to keep things as easy as possible we rented a hotel room to hangout and watch movies. Although they had fast internet so I ended up working for most of the evening.
In the morning I headed to the Utica Quest Diagnostics lab to get my post fast blood work done. And guess what… the woman running the lab had no idea how to do the InsideTracker blood testing in her computer.
So, I was able to get Jonathan Levitt of InsideTracker on the phone to walk her though it. Jonathan is a total rock star for helping me out on a Saturday morning. I’m so impressed with him!
But, the blood was taken, and now we wait for the results which will be reveled in the next AllAroundJoe podcast. Stay tuned!
Now I’m going to go eat some bagels!
