Jack3d Micro is the little brother of the pre-workout powerhouse Jack3d. As many of you probably know… Jack3d was recently removed from stores due to the FDA claiming it was unsafe. I tend to disagree, but that’s not what this is about.
This is all about my Jack3d Micro review. I got my Jack3d Micro from GetSupps.com, and have been testing is for about a month.
My first impression was when doing Jack3d Micro review, I couldn’t believe how small the Jack3d Micro container was. It’s very mini! I loved it! With sports supplements, having a small container is always better. The cool thing was that there were still 40 servings in this small container.
First Impression of Jack3d Micro
I was about to leave my house for a CrossFit workout, so I loaded up my water bottle with Jack3d Micro. It smelled good, but the taste had an artificial twist to it. It wasn’t bad, just not great. The good thing is that I started to feel it kicking in only a few minutes later. There was a good kick to the Jack3d Micro, and I began feeling pumped to workout.
After taking Jack3d Micro for a few workouts, I was noticing it starting to work better. Meaning that my focus and drive were getting more intense. I’m not talking about getting jittery or anything. I’m saying that during the workouts I was more “in the zone”.
Results
While taking Jack3d Micro I saw some pretty good strength gains in my CrossFit workouts. I’ve listed my gains below…
Squat clean – 285 (+10)
Front squat – 345 (+10)
Bench – 270×3 (+5)
Fran – 3:10 (-50 sec)
Please know that I have an awesome training plan from CrossFit Invictus, my diet is very solid, and I train my butt off. So, I’m sure that Jack3d Micro helped my get these gains, but it was only a small part in the equation.
Dosage
The bottles says to take 1-2 servings per workout. The most that I took was 1.5 servings, and most of the time needed only 1 serving. This is a good sign, and means that you don’t need to max out on double doses to get Jack3d Micro to work.
Conclusion
All in all I like Jack3d Micro, and recommend it. This is based off of the quality focus that it gives you for workouts, the small bottle size, and it not breaking the bank. Give it a try, and let me know what you think.
