This is my complete Quest Protein Bar review.
It’s been really hard to find a good protein bar, and over the years I’ve tried a ton of them. The Quest protein bar review has been awesome because in my opinion Quest Protein Bars are the best out there. Quest Bars always explains exactly what’s in their protein bars, as well as why they use the ingredients that they use. I was really excited to write this Quest protein bar review because it’s really refreshing to find a protein bar company that’s concerned with what they put in their protein bars beyond just having some kind of whey protein and tasting good. That being said Quest Protein Bars taste great and don’t upset my stomach (even if eaten while on a long run).
*Quest Protein Bars recently introduced an “all natural” line that has no artificial sweeteners! Which means my new favorite flavor is chocolate peanut butter.
During my Quest protein bar review I found that my favorite flavors are peanut butter supreme and peanut butter and jelly. Quest Protein Bars are also low glycemic (meaning low sugar), and they use only very high quality whey protein isolate.
Here are the highlights!
-High quality protein
-Low glycemic carbs (hard to store as fat)
-High fiber
-Gluten free
-Quality fats
As you know I also really like LaraBars, but prefer Quest Protein Bars because of the added whey protein.
