Easiest by far
That was by far the easiest round of fasting!
Getting tired of the soups
I might be getting tired of the foods that are offered in the kit. Some days the soups were really hard to slurp down.
Body fat down
I have lost noticeable body fat, and really, overall body size. But I’m sure the muscle will come back to life over the next week.
Hardly any hunger
I didn’t experience hardly any hunger until the 5th day. But even on the 5th day it wasn’t bad.
Vision super sharp
My vision feels super sharp!
Getting even leaner and muscle up
After about a week of eating normally again, my stomach looks even leaner and my muscles look bigger. It’s great!
