Day 1- Was in a haze all day. Headache started around 9 or 10am and lasted until I went to bed. Hunger wasn’t too much of an issue. Felt hungry, but not bad.
Day 2- Had good sleep the night before. Felt better today, no headache, but felt a little exhausted throughout the day.
Day 3- Another good night of sleep. Felt a little hungrier today, but again it wasn’t too bad. Mind was a little clearer today. Felt great for the most part!
Day 4- Great sleep again! Woke up with a lot of energy. Mental clarity was much better today and got through the day with the same amount of energy.
Day 5- This was the easiest day of all. Felt like my body was used to it now. Hunger wasn’t an issue at all, and mental clarity was at a high. Felt like I could continue doing this for longer!
Feel free to plug away, haha ?
Pamela’s Results for FMD
I don’t have a fancy monitor like you guys (mostly because I think it would make me more sad to see how terrible my sleep is ?) but here’s how my days went:
Day 1: headache, felt hungry, couldn’t concentrate very well, sleepy.
Day 2: THE WORST!!! Headache again. By noon I started getting super light headed, dizzy, nauseous. Super hard to concentrate and unfortunately my busiest day of meetings. Ended up skipping dinner and vomitting most of my L-Drink. I honestly almost gave up at this point, but went to bed instead.
Day 3: Sooo much better! Still felt a little tired from lack of food and sickness the day before.
Days 4: Felt like I had more energy and was way more alert. Still felt a little hungry.
Day 5: My body started feeling way better, partly from leaning out. Way more alert, lots of energy. Didn’t even really feel hungry the last day!
