CopyMe by IKKOS could be a game changer in increasing your sport performance.
Are you the type of person that’s always looking for an edge in your training? Do you want nothing more than to get better everyday that you train or compete? Do you try to optimize everything in your life to get better at your sport? If so, this post is for you!
We’ve all heard that visualization is a great tool for performing better in sport and life, but the best ways of visualizing can be mysterious and very from one athlete to the next.
But that all changes today!
The app CopyMe by IKKOS has made visualization very straight forward, and not only that, but they’ve made it possible for you to visualize the movements of other top athletes.
You might ask… how?
So… imagine that you’re trying to improve your clean and jerk Olympic lifting. You could find one of the best clean and jerk Olympic lifters in the world and use their movement pattern/video as your visualization tool or platform with this tool.
Let me explain…
How does CopyMe by IKKOS work…
It’s pretty simple.
– Find a video of a person that you want to model your movement after.
– Load that video onto the CopyMe app.
– Watch the video on the CopyMe app. It shows you the video 30 times in slow motion.
– Put on blacked out goggles, or eye mask.
– Practice movement in slow motion 10 times.
– Take off goggles, and continue practicing the movement getting faster as you practice.
That’s it!
Then repeat this process for all of the movements that you want to improve.
I would recommend using CopyMe as often as you have time. I try to use it while I’m warming up on most training days, and especially on days that my training load needs to be lower.
How CopyMe worked for me
When using CopyMe I felt a difference right away. Meaning that when I used a video of a top lifter in my CopyMe app I started feeling like I was moving like that lifter immediately.
I used CopyMe mostly for my gymnastics (muscle ups to be specific), and the Olympic lift, snatches.
Muscle ups have been a movement that I have been able to do, but have never been great at. But, in just a couple of months using CopyMe I improved my max muscle up by 2 reps.
This might not sound like a lot, but I was only using CopyMe for muscle ups on days that my training included them. So, once or twice a week.
Not to mention, I’ve been working on improving my muscle ups more than any other movement over the last year without any notable progress. So, with the minimal amount of time using the product, I had a huge improvement.
Get started now
The hardest thing about any training tool is using it, and creating a space for it in your routine. This isn’t just a new supplement that will take zero time to implement. You have to create an extra 5-10 mins each day to get this to work for you.
But… once you get CopyMe by IKKOS into your routine it will make you better so much faster that you’ll not know what to do without it.
You can find CopyMe in the app store for free, and you can get the virtual reality headset and goggles at IKKOS.com.
