– Starbucks menu
Because I spend so much time working from Starbucks around the US and Canada (where I am now), and having heard so many people order things that they should not be consuming, I thought I’d just go over the menu with you and let you know what to order.
So, here you have it. Here is what you should order at Starbucks, and maybe a little about what you should never, ever order. Haha!
Coffee
Cold brew WITH NO COLD FOAM
– The Starbucks Cold brew is (in my opinion) their best coffee. It’s usually very smooth and delicious.
Americano hot or iced
– Add no sugar or syrup
– You can add half and half or heavy cream if you need the extra fat in your diet and are not lactose intolerant.
Drip coffee
– Add no sugar or syrup
– You can add half and half or heavy cream if you need the extra fat in your diet and are not lactose intolerant.
Brewed tea
– Add no sugar or syrup
– You can add half and half or heavy cream if you need the extra fat in your diet and are not lactose intolerant.
YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE SUGAR IN A BEVERAGE UNLESS IT’S WITHIN 30 MINS OF A HARD WORKOUT!!! Or you’re having a cheat day, that you’ve earned!
This includes Frappuccino’s. If you have body fat that you don’t want on your body… never drink a Frappuccino! Ever!
Food
Cage-Free Eggs & Seasoned Grains Side Salad
– This salad is pretty darn good stuff!
Seasoned Turkey & Green Pepper Pico Salad
– Another good choice!
Chipotle Chicken Wrap
– If you’re ok with having a pretty good amount of carbs and fat, this isn’t a bad choice. But there are a few preservatives in this that should be considered, and avoided when you can.
Farmers’ Market Protein Box
– Again, not a bad choice, but you shouldn’t have this regularly due to the preservatives.
Roasted Turkey & Dill Havarti
– If you’re ok with having a pretty good amount of carbs and fat, this isn’t a bad choice.
Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl with Black Beans and Greens
– A solid choice!
Classic Oatmeal
– Great choice, but you’ll need to find some protein to go with it.
Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon & Cage Free Egg White Breakfast Sandwich
– I wouldn’t eat this all the time, but it’s not a bad choice.
Spinach, Feta & Cage Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap
– Again, not bad, but watch out for those preservatives.
The Egg Bites
– In the grand scheme of things, these are a good choice, but they put so much extra junk in them that I wouldn’t eat them all the time.
Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal (don’t order)
– This sounds like it should be good, but don’t get it. They add sugar to it, as if you need that when you have fruit added.
