Scheduling or Anchoring to a Specific Time
You need to have a game plan that’s easy to follow. Most people do the best with workout routines that are first thing in the morning, at lunch, before bed, or scheduled.
Being Part of a Group is HUGE
Having people that will miss you if they don’t see you around is HUGE in making the workout/fitness habit stick. You want people that will make it fun when you show up, and call you out when you don’t.
Find a Good Program
You do enough to in your life, and don’t need to think about what workout to do each day as well. AND doing the same routine more than a few times really isn’t very effective for getting you results. You need something that’s going to evolved, and be very well thought out.
Just moving is better than nothing, but following a solid HIIT program will get you far more results.
