The summer is coming, and you want to be ready for the fireworks on the 4th of July. Here’s your 60 day abs plan.
Diet Rules: Lose the carbs. No alcohol. High protein and high fat from grass-fed, free range, organic sources, and tons of vegetables.
Workout: Hit the gym 5 days a week, run 2 days a week.
Sets and reps: All exercises are performed in 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Rest: You will rest 60-90 seconds between each set.
Day 1: Legs
Back squats
Walking lunges
Explosive vertical jumping
Plank hold
Day 2: Push
Bench press
Overhead/shoulder press
Narrow width push-ups
Plank hold
Day 3: Pull
Barbell deadlifts
Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups
Cable rows
Plank hold
