This is my Controlled Labs pre workout White Flood Review.
I first tried Controlled Labs White Flood as a pre workout supplement about 3 years ago while living in NYC. At that time it was getting a lot of hype as a more effective, less expensive alternative to NO Explode, and the hype was justified. As I’ve mentioned before, every stimulant that you take (coffee, tea, caffeine pills, pre-workout supplements) is going to give you a little different experience, and it’s my opinion that you try different types to see what you react to the best. For me White Flood works great for focus! It works best to get you in the mood to have an intense workout and just feeling good. The downside is that it doesn’t give you as good a pump as Jack3d. For this reason I’ve started to use the two supplements in combination, taking White Flood half the time, and Jack3d half the time. Both are on the lower priced end of the pre-workout supplement spectrum which makes them affordable enough to buy at the same time. I’m not saying to take them on the same day. I’m saying While Flood one day and Jack3d another day.
Here are the pro’s of White Flood:
* Great focus!
* Tastes pretty good.
* Low cost!
* Puts you in a good mood (similar to coffee).
The cons of White Flood are:
* No marked improvement in muscle pump.
* Hard to find at local supplement store if you don’t have time for Amazon or BodyBuilding.com to ship.
Like I said above, I’m having the best results by staggering which pre-workout supplements I’m taking, and I would definitely recommend Controlled Labs White Flood as a quality pre-workout supplement to throw into your mix.
