When it comes to making a big life change like this. It’s important that you realized this a completely new lifestyle. Even after you reach your weight loss goal things don’t change, or go back to your old “normal”. This is a completely new “normal”. Beth has changed her “normal” already, and is now living the healthy, fitness/CrossFit, Paleo lifestyle. She on the path, and will accomplish all of her goals, it’s just a matter of time.
We all know that making changes are only as hard as you make them on yourself. If you need a little motivation to make any kind of changes in your life checkout Anthony Robbins. I highly recommend starting with Awaken the Giant Within (link).

Quote from Beth this week:
With not getting alot of sleep, my cravings are thru the roof. Today i wanted to buy breakfast which i never do and was telling myself i deserved it and it was okay. Well, i snapped myself out of those thoughts and came home to make eggs and a few sweet potato fries. I think these small obstacles will lead me to success.
Homemade Paleo Apple Crisp that Neal made.
Cooked Roast Beef with mashed sweet potatoes, squash, and homemade mushroom gravy.
Apple with organic peanut butter and a cup of Yogi Stress Relief Tea….like that kid plate haha!.
Piece of chicken and some mashed sweet potatoes…kid plate again.
Salad organic spring mix with tomato, mushrooms, cooked roast beef, cucumber, walnuts, cauliflower, and 1 boiled egg.
Cauliflower with a little salad dressing.
Mixed vegetable and sauteed pieces of pork.
Neal’s homemade Mango Shrimp and cocounut milk.
Scrambled eggs with spinach and vege burger.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
