Welcome to our campsite in Whistler BC! Where we are here to hit world famous Whistler bike park for the first time and to explore the also amazing trails outside of the park!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, and noteworthy this week…
Best trail I’ve ridden in Whistler (inside or outside of the park) –
This trail is FULL of outstanding rock rolls, gnarly roots, and loamer dirt, AND has some spicy double black option lines.
The climb was a BEAST, but worth the effort if you ever visit Whistler!
SO FUN!!!
NEW YouTube video –
Pivot Firebird REVIEW at Gooseberry Mesa
These review videos actually seem like the least interesting to me, BUT they do the best on our channel. Who knows…
But, if you’re not in the market for a new enduro mountain bike… we have a really fun Colombia adventure travel video coming out on Sunday! 🙂
Our Dinner routine –
Sticking with the idea of sharing my daily routines… here’s what our dinners typically look like.
- Chicken breast or thighs, ground turkey, ground beef, salmon, or ground ancestral beef blend (if we can find it).
- Rice (basmati, brown, other) or sweet potatoes (orange, yellow, purple, blue…).
- All of the above are cooked on our stovetop with olive oil or butter, in an Instant Pot, or an air fryer.
- Mixed green salad with olive oil and balsamic or Primal Kitchen dressing, or asparagus, or Brussels sprouts, or broccoli
- We will use Primal Kitchen dressings on everything. They are great!
*We always pay more for organic, grass fed, etc.
That’s about it. If we need more food due to a big fitness day we will eat some muesli with organic whole milk, rice cakes, or seasonal fruit.
Also, we try to eat out once a week but actually miss the mark on that often due to being busy and wanting to eat what we know will make us feel good and high energy.
If you have any questions let me know!

That’s what I have for you this week. Have a wonderful weekend!
Cheers!
