Well, I’ve got good news. Our van has finally found a great new home in Santa Barbara! Yeehaw!!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…

Things that are good for you and can make you feel great in less than 5 mins –
- 2 min cold shower or plunge – Always cold, ALWAYS worth it, always feels like a shot of good espresso!!
- A round or two of Wim Hof breathing
- Max set of burpees
- Black coffee or green tea
- Journaling how you’re feeling, even if it’s bad (#truth)
What I’m reading –
Cam Hanes is knows as the world best bow hunter, so he tells this story as it relates to his bow hunting and ultra running endeavors. If you can get past that, or are into bow hunting… The tools and mindset that Cam has implemented into his life to reach his goals are fantastic, and very motivational!
I was looking for one of those books that would make me feel like running through a wall to reach my goals, and totally found it in this book. Good luck! 😉
