10 minute Farro from Trader Joe’s
So, this stuff tastes better than rice, can be made super quick in the Instant Pot, and is FULL of fiber and protein. That’s a win, win, win, win!
Not only that, but I’ve found that it’s a pleasure to chew Farro, so I’m chewing my food more thoroughly. Amazing stuff this Farro!
We made it last night with salmon, Brussels sprouts, and a little cheese. Very tasty!
