This email is coming to you from snowy Chatfield State Park outside of Denver. It was 10 degrees (with 3 inches of new snow on the ground) when we woke up this morning, but it supposed to be 50 tomorrow. Crazy weather here in Colorado!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week 🙂

My latest podcast –
AAJ 237: Little Tips for a Successful & Thoughtful Life
This is a compilation of little things that I think are important in living the good life. And there might be a little rant about how important being a safe driver is. Just a little one.
Go for it! Live it now! Don’t wait!
What I’m slathering on myself –
Arnica Gel on amazon
When you workout, go adventuring, snowboard, trail run, etc as much as we do… you will bang yourself up from time to time. Just the other day I was snowboarding and avoided launching myself into a ditch, but managed to slam my thigh into a tree. Oops!
It’s happens, and it’s really nice when you can recover like a superhero, and get back to crushing life!
So, above and beyond working out, eating right, and getting a ton of high quality sleep, I’m always looking for things that will help us recover even faster. And Arinca has been one of those things.
For bumps and bruises… I can’t believe how much this helps.
*If this happens to be a placebo… who cares! I’ll pay $10 for a placebo all day long. But I don’t think that’s what’s going on.
What I’m reading –
The Ride of a Lifetime by Robert Iger
Robert Iger is the CEO of Disney. And this is a fantastic book about how he worked his way up the corporate ladder. If you enjoy a good story, are building a business, or are working your own way up the corporate ladder… this is highly recommended!
