This email is coming to you from the Wolf Creek Ski Resort parking lot. We were camped down in the trees last night and couldn’t get a clean satellite connection for the StarLink, so we moved up the hill. And now we are getting a rocking connection!

Thought I’ve been pondering –
If your workout program doesn’t include nutrition, stress, sleep, and energy coaching… as well as movement review… you better be really good at those things for yourself (which is possible, but not likely), or you are leaving all kinds of results on the table.
If you plan to do something… DO IT REALLY WELL!!!
Best mountain bike ride of the year (so far) –
Guacamole Mesa (yep, that’s the real name). It’s over by Zion National Park, and I’m not sure why they named the Mesa after Guacamole… If you know shoot me an email.

Product support that rocked my mind –
Industry 9 (also known as I9) is known for making awesome bike wheels, hubs, spokes, and more. Well, when I went to get my bike tuned up a few weeks ago the mechanic told me that my rear hub had a defect and I should contact I9 about a warranty claim.
I put off contacting I9 because of the hassle that requesting a warranty claim can be. But I went ahead and sent them an email on Sunday night relaying what the mechanic told me.
Guess what? The I9 customer service got back to me first thing Monday morning asking to verify my part and get my address because they were going to ship me a new part without even receiving the old one. All because of the reputation of the bike shop that said I should warranty the hub.
Holy smokes! Why can’t all companies be like I9?
I will continue to buy products from them. Not to mention, they have the coolest looking wheel setups in the game!
