This week I’m coming to you from Enumclaw Washington where it’s a nice 80 degrees out! This is a pit stop to see family/friends, and get some maintenance done on the van before bolting to Colorado.
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or thought provoking this week.

My latest podcast –
AAJ 214: Consistency is KING
This one is about how to create small wins that will add up to HUGE life long health and fitness gains.
I bet you will have you mind BLOWN by the results that small wins can have over time. This is life changing stuff!
What I’m reading –
Celtic Empire by Clive Cussler (amazon)
Not everything that I read is for self improvement. Sometime I love a good adventure story, and Celtic Empire is one I’m really enjoying.
And I’ve gotta tell you, there’s something about Clive Cussler books that I just LOVE when I need a relaxing read.
Top post on social –
When you live in a van full time it’s not everyday that you get to pick up heavy weights (unless you can find a good rock or fallen tree)… Instagram
Thought that I’m pondering –
Being scared of change or trying something new
This comes up because we have SO MANY people telling us that living in an RV and traveling around is something that they would like to do.
But hardly anyone that we’ve connected with has made any moves toward that reality.
It just seems to me that life is so important to live on your own terms because in a blink of an eye a year or two will pass.
And how easy is it to get stuck into a routine that you don’t like but it “pays the bills”…
So, I really hope that I’m inspiring people out there to TAKE ACTION and live their dreams, even if it’s scary or a big change.
Trust me when I say… there is are so many cool things to see and do, and so many cool people to meet when you’re doing what you love.
Get out of you comfort zone if you don’t absolutely love what you’re doing, because there is something out there that you will love.

That’s all I have for you this week. If you need anything at all please let me know.
Cheers,
Joe
PS I don’t usually take new success coaching clients but if you’re inspired and need a coach to work with you toward your goals, hit me up. I’m feeling like helping a few people. It does cost money.
