Our latest (and last) Ecuador video –
Mountain Biking Cotopaxi Bike Park – Ecuador Day 6
You know, I prefer to see good, fast riding, but people get pulled in by CRASHES.
So… this video has the biggest fall of the trip by Emily, where (as she says) she became a “dirt dart” off of a wooden drop feature.
She’s fine, and we just purchased full faced helmets.
This is also loaded with fun Ecuador views, and fast/fun mountain biking at the Cotopaxi Bike Park (which is amazing by the way!).
Maybe the BEST mountain biking system we’ve ridden –
We’ve heard about the mountain biking in this area for years, but knew it was some pretty advanced stuff, so we kind of avoided it.
It’s also a little complicated to ride because you either have to do some MASSIVE climbing or have a shuttle. And the rides are hard enough without having to ride up the mountain.
Not to mention, there is no shuttle company, so you have to find someone with another car to ride with that can carry 3-4 bikes.
Anyway, these are the trails that you MUST ride if you are an intermediate to advanced rider, have bear spray, and can find a friend to shuttle you.
Lithium – Double Black and most advanced of these trails. A must ride!
Jimmy’s Mom to Powerline Jumps to Parallel – Just super fun with ride arounds for all crazy features. And features for all you crazies!
Phillips Canyon – Most tame of these with lots of fun, fast chunk!
How to make massive changes in your life –
Non-Negotiable’s
Even if you don’t realize it, you have things in your life that you do no matter what. It’s very powerful if you take the time to figure out what those things are. Take 10 mins to write them down.
Most people go through life without thinking about these, but you’re reading this, so you are a super human!
To make massive changes in your life, you simply need to change (or add to) your Non-Negotiable’s.
If you want to be super healthy and fit… working out needs to be a Non-Negotiable. Meaning you just get it done. Even if you don’t “feel” like it. Even if you have tweaked your back (read tweaked anything). Yep, you just do things that don’t mess with your tweak. Even if you have a “busy” day. You get up early, stay up late, get it done at lunch and eat while working.
So, you can import anything else you want to accomplish for working out. Starting a business, working on a relationship, being a great parent, etc.
Even if you don’t know what to do… making these things a Non-Negotiable will force you to work on them until you figure it out.
