Another crazy GOOD customer service experience –
Crankbrothers bike company
I literally wore down a component on their dropper seat post to the point that bare metal was showing, and when I sent them a picture they just dropped a new part in the mail.
I am SO impressed with these bike companies, and can only imagine that most people that buy their products don’t ride enough to break them. So when someone like me does ride a lot and breaks a product they have the budget to just replace it. My theory…
Channel I subbed on YouTube –
They posted a really simple jumping video that made a ton of sense to me, and I was hooked! After digging into their channel I’m enjoying the location biking videos a lot, and they just did a fun bike build video.
What I’m stoked/intimidated about –
Today we are hooking up to ride with a friend that is a SUPER good mountain biker! He’s won a few enduro races in the last year kinda good.
I don’t know about you, but I get intimidated when I get the chance to hangout with someone that’s better than me at something. It’s stupid because every single time it accelerates my learning in a way that could never have happened by myself.
Do you ever feel this way?
It’s one of my goals to overcome this fear and start learning faster!
Almost every time I get to know the person that I’m intimidated by, they are awesome people and the intimidation fades almost immediately. So it’s a fear that makes zero sense.
