This email is coming to you from the Blue Rooster in Buckley WA, where we are getting a glorious blue sky, sun beamy day!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…

Epic mountain bike trail –
Grand Prix at the Post Canyon trail system in Hood River Oregon. This trail is crazy fun! If you want to get big air… you can! If you want flowy fun… got it! If you want to explore a beautiful forest… check!
This is such a fun trail system that we’ve been a few times, and plan to go back a few dozen more times ;-).
What I’m doing to be super human –
InsideTracker Ultimate test. You’ve probably seen me post about this before. I think this is one of the best things that you can do to take control of your own health, and go above and beyond what your general doctor will test for. Which is what we should all be doing.
Remember, health is not the absence of disease, like most doctors think. Health is feeling, looking, and functioning (mentally and physically) at your best.
If that sounds awesome to you… you can get 25% off any InsideTracker test with the code ALLAROUNDJOE.
Thought I’ve been pondering –
If there’s no change, there will be no change. Basically, if you want different results then you’re getting, do different things.
Here’s the thing… the changes that you make don’t have to be perfect. And if you don’t like the new results you get, just change again until you find what you’re looking for.
This is true with just about anything that I can think of in life. If you aren’t getting the results you want… change what you’re doing.
Just make sure that you do the new thing for long enough to get results. Too often I see people start a workout routine or new job, and they don’t get the abs or huge paycheck in the first month, and they are disappointed.

That’s what I have for you this week. If you need anything from me… just let me know!
Cheers!
