Hi!
This email is coming to you from the KOA in Steamboat Springs Colorado, where we are hoping for a HUGE dump of snow!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week.

My latest podcast –
AAJ 231: Change this one thing and change your life forever
This is a look into how our personal identity shapes what we do and the results we get. And how you can change one thing that will make all the difference.
And, it’s easy.
What I’m snacking on –
Paleo Coconut Granola from Whole Foods
The problem with pretty much all of the granolas that I find in grocery stores is they are LOADED with sugar. Even the brands that claim to be healthy (or bare).
Well, this granola at Whole Foods has only 4 grams of sugar (from honey) per serving, and is delicious in some Fage 2% Greek Yogurt!
What I’m reading – Lifespan
Lifespan: Why we age – and why we don’t have to by David A. Sinclair, PhD on amazon
This book was a great recommendation by Chuck Kramer (Emily’s dad).
David Sinclair has written a very in-depth, but understandable (and easy to read) look into why we age, and why we should be looking at age as a curable disease.
I would recommend this to anyone looking to live a better life. It includes info about how to maximize your life right now (at any age).
Top post on social –
Pulled into a KOA, and it looks like they shut the whole place down just for us. 🙂 on Instagram
I just posted this one last night and it already has almost 100 likes, so I guess it’s a good one. Hahaha! There’s a pretty sunset and a van in it.

That’s what I have for you this week. And we are off to do some snowboarding in the Steamboat trees :-). I hope you’re doing something equally as fun!
If you need anything at all… Let. Me. Know.
Cheers,
Joe
