AAJ 212: Travel snacks that will keep you fit and healthy
Too many people are traveling without bring quality snacks with them. But I’m guessing if they knew what eating airport/airplane food was doing to their health, they might start packing a few things from home.
Listen to hear how you can easily bring some smart travel snacks that will keep you waistline down and you good stomach bacteria up (yes you want this, badly).
One of the coolest things that I’ve ever seen –
Grizzly/brown bears causing a traffic jam by cutting off and then walking in-front of our bus for about 100 yards.
Two grizzly/brown bears literally stepped out of the wilderness into the road causing the bus to slam on it’s brakes, and proceeded to saunter slowly down the road in-front of the bus for about 100 yards before jumping back into the brush and lumbering up the hill away from the road.
We have this all on video and it will be featured on The Vantastic Life Instagram in the coming days. #denalinationalpark
Oh, and we saw 17 total bears on our trip into the park yesterday.
Workout of the week –
This is a workout that you can do almost anywhere. I did it behind our van at our campsite. It’s fun and rewarding for the whole family!
