After what felt like months of editing this video, it’s finally here!
I really hope that it gives you some sense of what it was like to be backpacking for 17 days, and that you find it enjoyable to watch.
How to get unstuck –
If you are feeling like you are stuck this time of year… (maybe you didn’t find the right challenge yet)… Try changing your environment!
This could be as simple as doing your workouts in a different part of your house or property to jumpstart getting them done 4-5 days a week. Or as big as moving to another house, state, or country to be around the people that you want to be like.
Either way, you need to take action if you want change. Routines are only good when they are moving you towards your BIG goals!
Don’t wait because life doesn’t stop or slow down for anyone!

Now there’s nothing that’s going to make you better on your bike than riding it, practicing what you want to improve, and increasing your fitness.
But after all of that, feeling like you have control on your bike will truly make you have more confidence, and make you a better rider.
