Hi!
This email is coming to you from just outside of Chilliwack Canada, our first stop on the way up to Alaska (where we stayed in the Walmart parking lot).
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week.

My latest podcast –
AAJ 202: How to create massive change (a new and improved you)
This podcast came about after talking with a few coaching clients that have been struggling with their goals. And we noticed that their goals were events in their mind and not lifestyles.
This is a super hard way to accomplish things, and in the podcast I teach you how to make achieving tough goals so much easier with a small mindset shift and how-to plan.
Top post on social –
Living, working, and working out with family on Camino Island. Such a beautiful place! Instagram.
What I found thought provoking –
The Canadian Air Tax
We were buying a van fan in the Walmart last night (because it gets stuffy in that thing when the top is down), and the cashier decided to point out that we were charged $0.95 for moving the air.
Yep, there’s an air moving tax in Canada for fans and such. Maybe there’s one in the US as well, I don’t know…
But this just got me thinking about a few things… first, can someone own air… and second, how to make small amounts of money that will end up being big amounts that people just pay for without thinking about.
Maybe you’ll want to think about this as well… haha
What I’m feeling proud of –
Blonyx Ambassadorship
For years I’ve been testing and reviewing sports supplements. And over all of those years there are only a couple products that I have come back to, and bought for myself.
Not only that, but there are only a few products that I continue to see others in the competitive fitness industry take year after year.
One of those products is the Blonyx HMB + Creatine. It’s hands down the best creatine product that I’ve ever used, and (having interviewed the owner) I know they use practices that are above and beyond the competition.
So, why am I blabbing about all of this… well, I’ve recently become Blonyx’s newest Ambassador. A title that not anyone can get, and that Blonyx only gives to those people it feels are high quality, honest, healthy influencers in the industry that they would like to align themselves with.
Because of this you’ll see me regularly promoting the Blonyx products (which you can get at 10% off with the code “allaroundjoe”) and that I recommend that you take over other brands for creatine and beta alanine (they don’t have a big line of products).
If you have questions about why you would take HMB, creatine, or beta alanine, hit me up!
