Hi!
Welcome to another week of which driveway are we parked in… :-).
Here’s what I’ve found fun, interesting, or worth checking out this week.

My latest podcast –
Why abs DON’T start in the kitchen, YOU Get Abs from MOVEMENT – REDUX
This is a replay. And I’m replaying it because it’s one of my most downloaded podcasts, and for good reason.
If you missed listening to it, or aren’t seeing the results you want… you should have a listen!
What I’m watching –
Michael Jordan 30 for 30: 10 part documentary about Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls’ dynasty
I’m 3 episodes deep into this documentary and it’s great!
If you like to learn how someone like Michael Jordan ticks, and what it takes to be on that level… or if you just like watching great sports… I think you’ll love this!
Purchase that I’m loving –
PedalBox Maximum Response
If you like your car/truck/van but feel like there is a lag in the acceleration, or the engine could be producing more… this thing is fantastic!!
Emily got this for my birthday (because I do most of the driving), and it has literally changed the way the van drives. The timing and acceleration are vastly improved, and I can’t believe that we waited so long to get one.
And it’s plug and play, so no technical installation.
Thought I’ve been pondering –
Deciding how to spend your time and energy
I regularly talk with friends who are living in countries other than the US, and I like to ask them what their perspective of the US is right now. Because of this I get a lot of different takes on how things are going from people on the outside looking in.
Here’s what I’m getting at… why are people spending energy on declaring that they are “free” and won’t wear masks because of it when there are so many better ways to spend your time and energy?
Go work on making more money, or supporting your community, or solving the obesity epidemic, or feeding the hungry, or any other way of making the world a better place. Use your energy for that, please!
I know that (because you are reading this) you are one of those people that is doing GREAT things, so let’s spread the greatness, and continue to be the change we want to see in the world. Show people your healthy habits, and support them in learning those habits. We can make this happen!
