Now that the CrossFit Open is over I’ve tried to take it easy this week, and reflect a bit on the last year of training and work. More to follow on this topic.
Here’s what I’ve come across over the week that I thought was interesting…
What I’ve started adding to my morning smoothy – AMRAP Nutrition’s Super Greens. So, my morning smoothy usually consists of 1 cup of organic greek yogurt, 3-4 cups of a kale/spinach mix, 1 tablespoon of Udo’s Oils, 1 scoop of Progenex Peanut Butter Smash protein powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and water for mixing purposes. I’ve recently started adding AMRAP Nutrition’s Super Greens to the mixture. It’s full of some great stuff, that I’d recommend taking when you need a boost of life!
What I’m reading – The School of Greatness by Lewis Howes. This one started off slow for me, but after a few hours of listening I was hooked, and I finished it in less than a week. It’s a great motivational read, and has some action steps for those of you who might be stuck right now.
What I’m eating this week – BBQ Chicken Slaw & Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Bake
