Hi!
Happy Friday! Here’s what I’ve found fun, noteworthy, or delicious this week.
My latest podcast –
AAJ 142: Tips for eating on the road
Because I happen to be right in the middle of a year long road trip I thought it would be fitting to tell you all about how I handle eating on the road and staying super fit.
If you ever have any questions about what would be the best choice for you, just let me know. Even if you’re walking through the airport, and wondering if one restaurant would be better than the other… just shoot me an email, and if I’m online I’ll let you know my thoughts.
What I’m snacking on –
Trader Joe’s Three Layer Hummus – Traditional, Cilantro Jalapeño & Spicy
With Trader Joe’s Plantain Chips (of course).
This is my new favorite before (or after) dinner snack. 🙂 The three layers are just so delightful, and they change as you eat more. Yum!
My top post on Instagram –
Another tough day of cleaning in the woods at an empty campsite. It’s nice to have something hard under my feet, although it didn’t seem to help my performance much…
Thought that I’ve been pondering –
Driving in CA, OR, & WA
I know that I’ve talked about this before, but after driving from Southern CA to Seattle WA over the last month, I’ve been able to experience some interesting differences.
All I’m really going to ask is that you take driving a car seriously, and pay attention while driving. If you can’t be giving 100% focus on your driving, please don’t drive. This is to protect your life and those around you. That is all.

That what I have for you this week. Remember, if you need anything feel free to connect via email or on social media. I’ve started posting longer videos to the new Instagram TV if you want to see some of my full workouts.
Cheers,
Joe
