Bag that I’m testing (and LOVING) –
Backpack II from King Kong
I have been a longtime fan of the King Kong duffle bags, and they recently asked me if I’d like to try out their backpack. Of course I said yes!
Without going on too long about this, what I can tell you are my highlights (so far)… Highlight 1 – When traveling you can open the bag fully (like a clamshell) and keep all of your things organized. Highlight 2 – There are 2 large water bottle holders that can be zipped open or closed to fit a larger bottle or get the pouch out of the way. This might not sounds like a big deal, but… this is the best water bottle system that I’ve every had on a bag.

If you’re ever traveling through Moorhead Minnesota you need to drop in at EHP CrossFit. My good friend Karla Wolford has built an amazing community that you have to experience (kids and adults alike)! Man, you could relocate there just for the gym!

Simple workout that I’m loving –
2 sets of: 100 foot walking barbell lunges
Here’s the catch – these have to be very heavy. I did them at 205 pounds and 225 pounds.
So, work up to 2 very heavy sets and I guarantee this will cause some adaptation :-). They should be unbroken, BUT can be slow. You can see my pace here
