What I’m reading and enjoying –
The Terminal List by Jack Carr (Amazon/Audible)
I guess this has been turned into a series on Amazon Prime, but I always like to read the book before watching the show/movie.
This is my nighttime wind down book, but it’s kept me up several nights because it’s pretty intense.
What I’m excited about –
Tomorrow we are headed to Madison WI for the 2022 CrossFit Games, to help Patty Bauer (Mom) defend her title as the fittest 65+ in the world!
We are going into this year with a plan to live stream a lot of the action to our @GetBettrProject Instagram channel, and I’m going to create a YouTube video about the experience.
The action starts on Thursday, Aug 3rd. So make sure you’re watching out for our live feed!
