If you’ve been following along, you know I love sharing the cool, interesting, and sometimes downright weird things I come across each week. It’s all part of the adventure. And this week, I’m writing to you from a cozy little pullout campsite right near one of the most stunning mountain bike trails I’ve ever ridden.
Let’s jump into it…
Our BIGGEST First Week Ever!
Last Thursday’s video, Is Finale BETTER Than Whistler Bike Park?, racked up over 3,500 views in its first week – the best first-week performance we’ve ever had! I’m pretty pumped about it, especially since it’s not even the best video we’ve filmed so far.
If you want to keep the stoke rolling, the second video in this series just dropped: Could This Be the BEST Mountain Bike Ride in Finale?!

What We’re Testing – Viome Personalized Supplements and Gut Biotics
A few months back, we did the Viome Full Body Intelligence Test to dig deep into our microbiome, and the results were super revealing. It taught us what foods to eat more of and what to avoid at all costs.
Viome uses that personalized data to create custom supplements and pre/probiotics, which we’re testing for the next 4 months. The plan is to retest afterward to see if we actually improved our health.
So far, just avoiding the foods it flagged as “bad” for me has noticeably boosted my energy and reduced inflammation. It’s been an eye-opener.
I’m not affiliated with Viome (no kickbacks here), but I do recommend the test if you’re looking to take your health to the next level. I’m not sure about the supplements yet, but I’ll keep you posted.
Thought I’ve Been Pondering
Create the life you want – and if you don’t know what that is, get to work trying what you think it might be.
I don’t usually feel the need to talk about this, but sometimes a trip to a big city (like Seattle) makes me want to shout it from the rooftops. I see so many people who seem stuck – like they’re not enjoying life or just going through the motions.
Here’s the thing: there are over 8 billion people in the world. If you leave your job, house, or even country, someone else will fill that space. So, if you feel stuck, start trying new things. I’ve been there. I’ve tried a ton of things that sounded awesome in my head but weren’t that great in reality. It takes time to figure out what makes you feel alive – but it’s always worth it.
And if you feel like you don’t have the time to figure it out… maybe it’s time to put down the phone, turn off the TV, or close the laptop.

That’s it for this week! I’m about to hop on my bike – because, honestly, it’s my absolute favorite thing to do. I hope you do something this weekend that makes you feel the same way.
Cheers,
Joe
