Here’s what I’ve found cool, fun, interesting, or share worthy this week.
Supplement that I’m trying –
SFH Push. Yes, this is a pre-workout supplement, which means that it has stimulants in it. And in this case that stimulant is caffein.
So, if you’re going to take a pre-workout, it should not be in addition to all that coffee that you’re drinking, but replacing that coffee. If you’d like to know why, checkout my post on how I got into adrenal fatigue.
Anyway, I really am liking this supplement before my harder workouts, or on days that I’m not feeling all that motivated to workout. What I really like is – there are no artificial sweeteners in Push, and there’s 2 grams of beta alanine. So, you feel tingly.
Purchase that I’m loving –
I’ve been using the UE Megaboom speaker for a few months now, and it’s been great. It’s a speaker similar to other portable bluetooth speakers, but the really cool thing is that it’s built to last. This thing is waterproof and dirt proof.
I just throw it in my bag, and it comes along on my adventures.
Oh, and it sounds great! I’ve used it to fill the room of 60+ people with great sound.
What I’m reading –
Every single week I hear people talk about the next Game of Thrones episode. I tried watching it, and got through about 3 episodes before I lost interest, and felt like I was wasting time.
Even though I’m not into watching the TV show, I would like to read the books. And this will be my 3rd attempt at getting through the first book of A Game of Thrones. This time I’m going to do it!
I actually bought the book on Audible, rather than getting it at the library. So, I’ve upped my chances.
