After running my online program (The Get Better Project) for almost six months, I’ve seem some really interesting things, and its become apparent which strategies get the best results.

Where I’m hiking –
Guys… this hike was SO FREAKING COOL!!!
You hike up a good amount of elevation that starts by traveling up the stairs of the upper city of Amalfi, tucked beside houses and businesses, and leads you alongside a river with dozens of old ruins under a canopy of trees that you can imagine people occupying.
What I’m reading –
A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin
This is the second book in the Game of Thrones bundle. And it took me like two years to get through the first book, so for some reason I’ve decided to tackle this one. Wish me luck.
People go crazy for this show on HBO (which I haven’t watched, and don’t plan to), but feel like I should read the books.
We’ll see if I can finish this one…

Noteworthiness – Amalfi
Although there are no gyms to be found… Amalfi is hands down, one of the most amazing, coolest, most beautiful, most interesting places that I’ve ever been!
It feel like this place is trapped in an age before stress. A time where things were simpler. A place where people say hi to one another. And where you can find amazing food, views, and hiking anywhere you look!
I might not return, and if I do… I’ll be back for sure! Maybe to start a gym 🙂
