Day 4 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet
The second to the last day of the ProLon 5 day Fasting Micking Diet has been conquered!
Day 4 was actually much easier than day 2 or 3 from a hunger perspective. My brain was clear, I recorded a great podcast with Thomas from Metta, worked the rest of the day at the library, drove a couple hours, and we slept at in a Walmart parking lot.
It still took me a little time to fall asleep, but once I fell asleep, I was out and didn’t wake up until about 8:30am.
