This is an evolving list of my go-to healthy snacks that I keep on hand to make sure the crazy hunger cravings don’t set in and cause me to eat something that could derail my fitness goals.

My Healthy Snack List
Nutrition Bars
- Great for meat-free eaters, but also good for everyone
- Mint is our favorite flavor
Quest Bars
- Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, S’mores, and Blueberry are our favorites
- Great for Keto or low carb
- Salted Caramel are the bomb
- Great for post workout
- We haven’t had a flavor we don’t like
- These are great if you have a sweet tooth
Veggies
- Eat as many veggies as you want
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Pepper (green, red, yellow, orange)
Hummus
- Goes great with the veggies, and you can get a variety of different flavors
- If you try a brand or flavor that you don’t like… just try another. There are so many different styles and flavors.
Nuts
- These are high in fat, so keep track of how many you consume
- MAKE SURE THE NUTS YOU BUY DON’T HAVE ANY SUGAR!!!
Raw and toasted almonds
- No salt or lightly salted
Pistachios
Walnuts
Pecans
Really any nuts that you like…
Other Snacks
- Make sure these are unsweetened
- We like salted, ranch, and bbq flavors
- There are a few different brands that you can find at Whole Foods or on Amazon

Plantain Chips from Trader Joe’s
- These are great if you can avoid eating the whole bag in one sitting
Sweet Potato Chips
- Sweet potatoes are a great low glycemic carb, and can be really tasty in chip form
