The 100 pound CrossFit style, weight loss challenge
A few weeks ago I was contacted via email by a women named Beth. Beth told me that she needed to lose 100+ pounds. Plus her restrictions were that she didn’t have much time, and she needed to workout from home. I told her that if she was committed that wouldn’t be a problem.
Beth also agreed to let me post her journey publicly on AllAroundJoe.com
AND she said she’d do regular video updates for everyone to follow along.
Some of the things that Beth’s CrossFit weight loss plan includes are:
* Exercise
* Walking
* Bodyweight CrossFit workouts
* Diet
* Paleo (Whole 30 Challenge)
* Habit change
* Getting comfortable with making decisions differently than peer group
* Sharing
* Teaching others about her journey
Doesn’t sound too bad, right?
I will be leading Beth along her journey.
Being here for information, moral support, and a kick in the butt now and then. 🙂
As often as possible Beth will be emailing me her progress videos, and I’ll post them for you to follow along.
