Here’s how you can feel better right now
* Smile even though you might not feel like it.
* Text a friend that you know is always positive.
* Listen to some positive music that you love.
* Go for a walk or run while you listen to this music that you love.
* Do some movement that will break you out of how you feel. One that I love is 50 burpees! Or going for a run! Or doing a hard workout!
* BONUS: Take a cold shower or ice bath (even better). There aren’t many better feelings than getting out of an ice bath. There’s some kind of hormone release that’s just amazing!
