Start a workout program that you can commit to putting into your daily life. There are workout programs for every type of person. At-home, at the gym… you know how I feel about CrossFit programs (I love them). And I’m a big fan of paying for your program so you will have some skin in the game. Try Keto… but I would recommend following the guidance of someone like Mark Sisson of MarksDailyApple.com. He has a really interesting book called the Keto Reset Diet.
Commit to one of these multi-day fasts to JUMP start your fat loss. In November I did the 5 day Fasting Mimicking Diet by Valter Longo pHd, and lost 5 pounds in that shot time. It’s a great way to lose some fat quickly and to shrink your stomach so you don’t really want to eat a lot of food. 1730 cut and 1950
Call your fit friend and ask to tag along. If you have a super fit friend who actually knows what they are talking about… this is definitely the most effective of the tips in this show. If you have someone that can take you under their wing, you’ll find that you will get results so much faster than if you try to do any of this stuff on your own.
