Yesterday was the 2 year anniversary of StoneWay CrossFit being an open, legit, awesome place to workout. To celebrate the anniversary there was a morning workout followed by a BBQ. It was a team workout that looked like this:
2 rounds of:
Run 400m
60 pull ups
50 squats
Run 200m
40 push ups (hand release)
30 medicine ball passes
20 burpees
Both team members had to complete the run at the same time and the reps for each exercise were shared, but could only be done one person at a time.
It was awesome because there were enough people that showed up to have two heats! It wasn’t an easy workout, but it was extremely fun! I always love doing the team workouts!
After busting our butts for 15-20 minutes Scott (owner) pulled out a monster (I’m not joking this thing was industrial) BBQ, and started cooking up some burgers and sausages. We all chowed down on meat, deviled eggs, greens, and some other non-paleo items that we don’t need to mention :-D.
