In this episode you’ll learn about how I think the government should make exercise mandatory, plus…
- How to decrease your health care costs.
- Cricket bars are awesome.
- What it would take for the government to actually make this happen.
- And much, much more.
What if the government made exercise mandatory?
How would it work? I’m thinking tracking bracelets. What does this look like? For now people could get FitBit’s. Then they could track total calories burned, or total steps taken. And I would suggest tracking in one week intervals.
People would be mad at first. I mean, people don’t like change. So, this would be taken badly at first, I’m sure. But what about the greater good…? I know tons of kids that don’t like going to school everyday. But for some reason we think that school is more important than exercise. Seems pretty ignorant to me.
People would get used to it. After they got into the routine people would definitely get used to doing the exercise. Like anything else that we have to do, they would get used to it, and maybe even start liking it. 🙂
People would be more happy, more productive, live longer, work longer, be more prepared for disasters. This is all just common sense at this point. If you don’t think so, do some research.
Healthcare costs would go down dramatically. Do I even need to say anything else here…
Is the government making too much money through people getting sick? This I don’t know the answer to. Do you? Could this be why the government doesn’t really care about the health of the people…
Mandatory things – drivers licenses, taxes, eating food, drinking water, working… These are things that we have gotten used to. So, let’s add exercise to that list.
At this point in my life I can say that exercising is the most important part of my day. Without a doubt.
Without our health what do we have?
Let’s stop focussing on health care, and start focussing on HEALTH!!!
