To have complete success in your life you need to have great habits that will cause the success that you’re looking for. In this podcast I share my morning routine that has given me great success, and caused additional fat loss, focus, and productivity.
My typical morning routine consists of 50 burpees with the Training Mask on. Let me preface that I didn’t start doing this routine with the Training Mask on. This is part of building up my intensity over time.
When I first started, I was just doing 50 burpees every morning before breakfast. There was no time that I was shooting for, just get the burpees done.
I started with burpees because… I’m really bad at them, or at least I was really bad at them. Now I’m OK at them.
Then after they got easier and easier I added the Training Mask to add intensity and improve my lung strength. Guess what… it has worked!
