Pick up trash
If you are walking down the street, and you see a piece of trash, pick that shit up! The people that threw that trash out of their window were stupid young people that didn’t know any better, and we are here to set the example for them. Pick that shit up, and be a better person!
Look others in the eye AND SMILE
Did you know that there are other people on this earth that aren’t you? Well, act like it. Wether you are walking down the street, or in the mall picking up some new Lulu gear, look at people that you are walking past, and if you make eye contact, SMILE!
Be a safe driver
Now, I appreciate a fun, fast car (probably more than the next guy). And I LOVE driving fast!
That being said, please remember that the safe stopping distance is 3 seconds from the car in front of you. I don’t care how good your brakes are, or how good your reaction time is. It’s freaking 3 seconds.
This will not only help you to avoid hitting the person in front of you (if they stop), but it will also keep the person in front of you from getting pissed at you for tailgating.

Move your meat sack!
Your body was meant to be moved, now freaking move it! Honestly, I don’t care what kind of movement program you do. I love CrossFit, but I realize that it doesn’t jive with everyone personality. Even though CrossFit will work for everyone.
So, find what makes your endorphins sing, and do it 4-7 days a week. Yep, that is how often you should be moving yourself.
Follow CrossFit.com, or yoga.com, or zumba.com, or something. Just get your body moving.
I 100% guarantee you will feel better, look better, be happier, be more productive, and be a better example for everyone.
